Do you want to explore the 5rhythms heartbeat map together with an intimate group in the comfort of your home?
Then embark on this journey: we get together 1 weekend a month saturday & sunday from 16:00 cet till 20:00 cet
Single attendance is possible
Note: this journey counts towards the teacher training as a 5 day heartbeat but you need to be present for at least 4 weekends.
We will explore different themes in the realm of emotions starting with
Selfcare & safety: What is selfcare when we dance and how can the dance benefit us to feel safe?
How can we take risks without loosing our ground? What is beneath our fear?
Criticism & Courage: lets research our inner critic with courage. What energies are hidden in "this person on your shoulder"? How can your critic become your ally?
Triggers and tears: What is your relationship to sadness & grieve? A dance ritual with our losses.
Expansion & exchange: When we can allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we also can allow others to be vulnerable and that deepens all our relations.
Rest & Reflection: Compassion with yourself, others, the world around you.....a dance with trust, courage, relieve, joy & slowing down.

Un percorso a gruppo chiuso che si svilupperà attraverso 5 incontri di una domenica a Bologna e un fine settimana residenziale presso Podere Dagnino, in Toscana.
Per partecipare è richiesto un impegno completo: l’esperienza è aperta solo a chi sceglierà di intraprendere l’intero percorso fin dall’inizio.
Questo tipo di dedizione crea uno spazio di lavoro continuativo e profondo.
Un gruppo che condivide lo stesso intento di dedicare energia e tempo sul proprio sviluppo personale per mezz’anno crea un campo potente.
Lavoreremo con i livelli Waves e Heartbeat dei 5Ritmi, esplorando diverse mappe e strumenti per muovere il corpo, attraversare le emozioni e coltivare presenza, verità e connessione.
Nel 2026 ci accompagnerà in particolare una mappa che amo profondamente: “Il Cammino del Guaritore Ferito”, creata da Gabrielle Roth.
